Android

Apple makes privacy a must, and Google is following the same with android.

Google

Apple added a new privacy feature that managed to shake the entire tech industry. The App tracking privacy feature allows iOS users to choose whether they want to let an app track them everywhere. This feature also caused a lawsuit between Apple and Facebook.

Many apps don’t just track your inside the app, they also track your movements outside of the app. This is how companies such as Facebook can show you targeted ads based on stuff you were doing outside the Facebook app.

Google is now bringing the same feature to its Android operating system although it is unclear if it would also allow users to opt-out and completely stop Google from tracking them. Google at the core is an advertising company and adding a feature that would reduce their own profit seems unlikely.
